At Glam On, we value our customers’ time and money. We are committed to delivering your purchased products in the finest condition and within the committed timeline. To achieve this, we partner with leading logistics and courier companies, including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Kerry Indev, and Ecom Express.
Order Confirmation and Dispatch
- You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order.
- Confirmed orders will be dispatched within 3-4 working days.
- Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro & Tier 1 Cities: Generally, delivery will take between 4-7 working days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: Delivery may take between 10-12 working days.
- Please note that delivery times may be extended by 2-3 days depending on the location.
Shipping Fee
- Within India: Free shipping on orders with a cart value of ₹299 or above.
- For cart values less than ₹299, a flat shipping fee of ₹59 will be charged. This shipping fee is non-refundable.
