Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Returns are accepted only within 1 day from the date of receipt of the product.
    • The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. The product must not be altered from its original state.
    • Returns will not be accepted beyond the 1-day period.
  2. No Returns on Sale Items:
    • Products purchased during sales are not eligible for return.
    • This includes all Mother’s Day Sale orders, which are strictly non-returnable.
  3. Damaged Products:
    • Returns for damaged products are accepted within a day of receiving the product.
    • To process a return for a damaged product, you are required to provide a clear unboxing video and photographs that clearly demonstrate the damage. This requirement is due to our rigorous 3-layer checking process prior to dispatch.
    • Failure to provide the requisite proof will result in the rejection of your return request.

Refunds

  1. Prepaid Orders:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • A refund can be transferred to your preferred bank account for COD Products.
  3. Delivery Charges:
    • Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  4. Processing Time:
    • A full refund to the original payment method will be processed within 7 days from the receipt of the damaged or non-damaged product.

Exchanges

  • Exchange services are not available at this time.
  • If you want items in a different style, color, or size, you may return the unwanted items and place a new order with the desired specifications.

Return Pick-Up Service

  1. Service Details:
    • We offer a complimentary Return Pick-Up Service nationwide.
    • The pick-up service is available upon initiation of your return request.
  2. Return Attempts:
    • Each order is eligible for one return.
    • The courier will attempt reverse pick-up up to 3 times.
    • If you are unable to hand over the return to the courier within these attempts, the return request will be canceled.
